We are becoming an integral part of contracts concluded between suppliers and customers. In the role of auditors and forensic experts, we act as quality assurance or arbitrator. What issues we deal with regularly:
Poor project plan preparation
The license terms have turned against you
Problems with the supplier performance
You need to appreciate the true market value of the asset, IS, or IT
You want an independent audit of information, cyber or personnel security
This is a special activity in the sense of the Act on Experts, therefore we are not subject to the Public Procurement Act. From a practical point of view, the contracting authority is even obliged to use the services of an expert in 90% of cases.
Licensing. Software audits, intellectual property law. Analysis of legal relations.
SLA parameters of service quality, acceptance processes, consultancy in IS / IT specification.
Audit Project / Program / Portfolio Office (P3M3), revision of methodology and the project itself.
Analysis of contracts (including public ones). Review of solutions and selection recommendations for the evaluation committee.
Audit and economic valuation of IT solutions, products, applications and services. Price justification.
Criminal liability of legal and natural persons. Axis protection data. Security audit.
Justification of the assignment through NPWP
It is in itself the hardest part that we process and prepare. Of course, we will deal with that, but it is the basic building block of NPWP.
Assessment of the legitimacy of the price
Because the Legislative Council of the Government came to the conclusion that according to the Act on State Property, every time the assignment is in the form of NPWP, there must be an expert opinion on the price.
Risk assessment - risk analysis
Within the NPWP, all risks associated with this method of public procurement must be assessed and evaluated. That is why we use the MoR methodology.
Assessment of contractual documentation
We will prepare, resp. we review or provide opposition to the contractual documentation, which will be concluded with the supplier. This is your security within JŘBU.
